B-Tag™ Timing System
The “Antioch Run For Freedom” will be utilizing the timing technology from ChronoTrack, an event supplied B-Tag™, which is a bar code on your bib. In order to ensure accurate timing race bibs need to be clearly visible and pinned in all four corners on the front of the torso. It is important that the bib should be unaltered and unmodified (do not fold or wrinkle) and should not be covered by jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc.
The challenging course follows residential streets, featuring two water stations at regular intervals and mile markers with clocks at miles 1, 2 and 3. The course is USATF sanctioned & certified.

Antioch Run For Freedom is a sanctioned, certified USATF Track & Field course. Certification (USATF # IL-12029-JW). The purpose of the USATF course certification program is to produce road race courses of accurately measured distances. For any road running performance to be accepted as a record or be nationally ranked, it must be run on a USATF-certified course. In addition, the certification program is very important to the average road racer, as well as those of exceptional speed. Most runners like to compare performances run on different courses, and such comparisons are difficult if course distances are not reliable. No one can truly establish a personal best if the course distance is not accurate. Visit www.usatf.com for more information.
