Mike Deney

President & CEO

Michael Deney has more than 20 years of banking experience and a strong understanding of serving businesses in the northern Illinois and southeast Wisconsin markets. Prior to his career in banking, Michael worked as the chief financial officer for his family’s business. He is a member of the Economic Development Committee for Gurnee and the treasurer for the Warren Area Lacrosse Association. Michael also serves on the board of the Special Education District of Lake County Foundation. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Canisius College.
